I have never left a review before, but between the excellent workmanship of the trunk & the UNSURPASSED customer service, I don't know how else to thank them. The company definitely lives up to its reputation. I have ordered both the large & small trunks; both are just as sturdy & well-built as this one. I called customer service regarding some shipping questions prior to ordering & she walked me through it. She even called me the following day to help me further. She was a huge help. Not only did the trunk match the description, it's also definitely well-made & built to last. With superior customer service & high-grade products, I will purchase from this company again. We purchased this as a camping trunk for summer camp. I paid $480 with all the additions and the handle ripped off of it when transporting it. The company offered to send a replacement handle for me to repair it. It seems like a common issue. The trunk could sit in a home as a coffee table or nightstand. However, it doesn’t look very good with the leather handle missing. At this point the one we have isn’t worth much. I t feels like it was a waste of money. My daughter has a camping trunk from C&N. She is six years older than her brother who got a trunk from rhino. Hers is still going strong. I wish I would have purchased from EverythingSummerCamp for him. If you need a trunk for utilitarian reasons, don’t purchase a rhino.
